Banana Cream

Banana Cream Pie

This one is easy as...pie.

Buy a box of pudding at the store. I used (instant) vanilla, but if you want extra banana flavor, use banana pudding. Follow the directions on the box, lining the pie shell with banana slices before pouring in the pudding. Voila, you're done.

Use either a storebought graham cracker crust, or follow this recipe:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Mix together and press into the pan. Fill with fruit and pudding. Chill for several hours.
