Sour Cream Raisin

Granny's Sour Cream Raisin Pie

1 pie crust, unbaked

Beat:
2 eggs

Add:
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint sour cream

Mix well. Spread 2 cups raisins in pie shell, then add sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then at 350º for 40 minutes.
