In Wyoming, March comes in like a lion and goes out like a sabre-toothed tiger

During March we've had, by my count at my apartment, 23 inches of snow. March 23 alone we got nearly 15 inches. That of course followed a weekend of 70-degree weather. Today, the first of April (the cruelest month), it is snowing.
